The FBI should also investigate when Grassley became aware of this allegation and went about trying to cover for Brett by forging a letter of 65 women who vouch for his character. 2 of whom still stand by their vouching today, while 63 do not. And who else did Grassley ask to sign onto the letter who didn't? 65 is a weird number to land on. So clearly, there were more women but they refused to sign onto this letter. Why?

And the FBI should investigate Brett's lies before Congress related to his influence in the appointment of Pickering to the US Court of Appeals. Brett testified under oath that he had nothing to do with that, but it turns out he was the one primarily pushing that nomination through. So he lied under oath about it. I know Conservatives love liars, but the rest of us don't.

Conservatives obscured and obstructed Brett's record and his character. Not only should Brett not sit on SCOTUS, he should be removed from the bench he sits on now, and the GOP should be brought under investigation for their obstruction and fraud related to his nomination.
