It wasn't relating to Las Vegas.

It was plagiarizing Las Vegas' marketing motto to apply to the indiscretions he and his fellow students committed while at Georgetown Prep, and the cover-ups of those indiscretions.

So what happened at Georgetown Prep that should stay at Georgetown Prep? Because it sounds to me like the debauchery is the same.
