The list of things Trump refused to cooperate on is short to non-existent.

And since Trump has cooperated on everything, Mullet has no compelling reason to force Trump into a perjury trap. Smart move on Trump’s lawyers part. Since Mullet knows everything from the scores of interviews and written testimony all he would need to do is catch Trump off the mark—once, about anything, and bingo. They have him.

They got all of Corsi’s hard drives and emails. Then they interviewed him and what he said in one of the emails he wrote two years ago didnt match what he said in the interview. Now a 72 year old man faces the prospect of spending the rest of his life in prison.

I want Trump to go out of office on January 20, 2021...at the end of his term.

The notion of a "perjury trap" is nonsense to someone willing to tell the truth, nothing but the truth, and the whole truth.

All other thoughts on the matter are bullshit.

If I were Trump's attorney...I WOULD REFUSE TO ALLOW HIM TO TESTIFY, because if I were smart enough to become an attorney, I would be smart enough to see that Trump is a pathological liar...and not an especially adept one.

If you want to think that minor mistakes can be classified as lies...and turned into charges that can be prosecuted and send someone to prison for the rest of his life...

If a perjury charge is to be brought against any of these people...it will be a serious lie...and will be sustainable under existing law.

Corsi willingly handed over all of his stuff, when asked for it. As far as I know there wasn’t even a subpoena. You just don’t do that if you have something to hide, Frankie. If you have something to hide you fight the order in court.

Check that. Actually, once you got wind of the fact Mullet *might* come sniffing around you delete every hard drive you ever owned. Bleach bit them and smash them into pieces before they’re placed under subpoena. At minimum, force Mullet to get a court order.

Makes absolutely no sense. If Corsi is guilty of anything besides a mistatement of fact—he’s just plain stupid.
