The only reason why the State Department is involved in those kinds of decisions, is because some countries are enemies of the state, and some countries are under sanctions.

Even though Russia is an adversary, and not an enemy of the state, and they were actually under sanctions, Hillary had no reason to hold up the release of assets owned by Uranium One, because it violated none of the sanctions.

So you are only projecting here with innuendo while making false claims!

The best way to describe a nation that violates world policies and Peace Agreements, invading free nations, and is not a member of NATO, that are also under U.S. Sanctions, and continues to arm our other adversaries, and interferes in even their own elections as well as other elections of other countries around the world is an ADVERSARY!

They are neither an ally, nor friend, nor enemy, nor foe- they are an adversarial nation to the United States of America!

Nothing I stated was false. She was Sec State, State did have to sign off on it, Bill Clinton did receive $500k from Russians for a speech prior to the decision.
