However the argument is whether the tax cut decreased revenues or not. Dear dumb fuck; the reason they are estimates is that they do not have the final numbers from 2018. As for the issue of tax cuts and when to account for them, it usually takes more than a year for the effect to occur; therefore, arguments suggesting that they are "Russian Tax Cuts" and that they have caused a "reduction" in revenues are moronic.

You can give the Obama economy credit for stock market performances for at least the first six months of Trumps presidency. It had been humming along quite well when Trump took over.

Actually we do have final revenue numbers for Fiscal 2018. I posted the Treasury figures which includes through Sept 30, 2018. We don't have final numbers for the calendar year because Treasury was closed during the government shutdown so they don't have final numbers for December. The Trump budget document doesn't use the final Fiscal year numbers because they start producing the document before the final numbers are in and didn't update it to reflect final numbers.
