Barr specifically said that Trump wasn't exonerated on the Obstruction matter.

Also, Barr is the one who said Mueller didn't prove collusion, but why should we trust Barr when he says this?

The Barr summary indicates this and the law determines which parts can be released, not some disappointed Democrats who are eating crow as we speak.
