Jarod already started a stupid thread like this. If you had a brain, which you obviously do not, you would know that the Special Council does not exonerate. That concept in and of itself is stupid.

One is ALWAYS presumed innocent, therefore, it is not to exonerate but to find evidence which, in this case, was never found. NO criminal conspiracy and no obstruction. Mueller was an idiot for even putting this into the report as can be evidenced by his bumbling embarrassing testimony where it is apparent even HE did not read his own report.

Mueller was asked if the reason he did not indict Trump was due to the justice dept policy that they could not indict a sitting president. He said yes. when asked if Trump could be indicted after he leaves office, he said yes. Trump's obstruction is clear and undeniable.
