If Trump were innocent he would demand a full trial, present all the evidence that proves he is innocent, have Bolton and Mulveney and Giuliani explain it all. That would squish the Democrats and get rid of them forever.


If they dismiss without witnesses the question will linger over his head forever.

You guys already had your kangaroo court trial and decided to impeach.
You and Pencilneck blew it.
The 2nd & 3rd hand "witnesses" all affirmed that there were no impeachable offenses or crimes.
Senate will dismiss. The end. Get over it.
It's the House's job to create. It's the Senate's job to judge.

He doesn't have to prove his innocence. Those making the claim he's guilty have to prove it. Since Democrats can't do that, it seems they're already squished.

What has Trump been charged with? The CONSTITUTION; READ it. Trump doesn't have to prove anything. He is PRESUMED innocent until he is adjudicated to be guilty.

They've already proved that Trump tried to extort the Ukrainian President into providing dirt on Biden, which is a crime.

It would be DEVESTATING to criminal Trump if any of the witnesses were to testify as they would corroborate what all the witnesses have testified to.

Once again Garud displays he has no grasp on our justice system. It is not up to someone to prove innocence. It is up to the opposition to prove guilt. The Dems failed miserably. Just like they did defending Comey and the FBI. Just like they did screaming 'Russian Collusion!!!!'

Silly, this is impeachment not part of our justice system. There is no presumption of innocence here. If there is a fair “trial” trump will be removed.
