The Bible warns us not to quarrel & to make reformations of the one true Church.

But in practice, caused a lot of blood shed, between Lutherans & Catholics like in the 30 Year War, and Teutonic Crusades of Eastern Europe.
As for British Protestants, I think they're trash.

The Holocaust was mostly done by Protestant Lutherans.
2 out of 3 Germans were Lutheran, and 1 in 3 were Catholic at the time of Hitler being voted in.
It's also well known that many German Catholics resisted voting for Nazis, they mostly supported the German Christian Democrats.
Because of the Nazi stance on Euthanasia, and Alfred Rosenberg's anti-Catholic sentiments, when Alfred Rosenberg was a Lutheran, but Pagan in views, he was basically the founding father of Nazism.
Ultimately 1,000's of Catholic priests ended up as a result in the Dachau Concentration Camp.
