Millennials aren't better educated they just attend college in higher numbers with results in a problem with millennials being in extreme amounts of debt and under or not employed and a notion that they are above certain types of work.

Yeah it's millennial entitlement. "I spent seven years getting a bachelor's degree in business I've paid my dues." This attitude is so incredibly common among millennials summit there in gen xers.

The world owes you something because you went to college any idiot can go to college they don't want you to fail it looks bad on the college so they do everything in their power to make sure you pass. I already know because I've been there and done it I paid for the useless education and it didn't make me any money so is it really better education?

For the extremely low skilled personnel. Automation and outsourcing doesn't do a whole lot of damage for higher skill levels. Millennials don't want to work to get the skills they went to college they shouldn't have to.

I built my skills well my counterparts were wasting money and time at college. But doing that meant that I couldn't be arrogant.

I took on a manageable amount of debt to go into a field that I knew I could make money in.

This is one of the problems with our generation we were told that college was a magical key to unlock a brighter future. I have suppressed everybody that ever told me that with minimal college.

It's not our fault but it is our problem.

Uh, automation takes away jobs.

Yeah, because a lot of Millennials are in the higher ranks competing with H2B Visa people from India, and other foreigners who work cheaper and are seeing jobs outsourced all over the World.

Lower end Millennials are competing with Illegals.

Feminism adds more to the job market & less to the wage market.

Yes, the fall of Unions too.

Boomers did everything in their might to fck us.

The way I was able to do that is I became a mechanic I wasn't too delicate and prissy to work outside with my hands and get dirty.

If you don't want to be a wage slave try harder that's all you have to do the world is yours. the great thing about it if you're a millennial and you're getting hired as a millennial all you have to do it's just a little bit more than you're millennial counterparts which doesn't take that much and you'll be promoted. Another thing you can do is learn whatever your trade is and strike out on your own yes it's risky but the reward is worth it.

If the reason why you're not coddled is because of a virus or an airplane attack you are extremely coddled. I struck out in my career field just after 9/11 within a year of that. It was hard but I was harder.

- 2,500 lawsuits filed against Trump.

-Trump said Communist China used good force at Tiananmen Square Massacre.

I didn't unnecessarily say myself.

I care about collective society.

Something Individualist savages don't quite grasp.

Individualists don't seem to grasp much more than ( me, mine & now)

The IQ & EQ of Individualists seems to be typically diminished.

The economy is not a individual but a collective.

As wages grow too low so will profits dimish for the elite.


PS.
The job market only demands the jobs it does.

The whole of society could have 145 IQs, PhD degrees & skills galore.

Still we would need toilet cleaners burger flippers & lawn mowers.

Working with high intelligence & skills at scab wages.
