apr 14 2020 George Zimmerman's lawsuit saga is unfolding though the Florida court system in the form of depositions and a powerful but little known tool called "Requests for Admissions."

Under Florida Law, a plaintiff can submit a list of up to 30 questions, each beginning, "Admit that you...." Under penalty of perjury, the defendant must either admit or deny each statement. If the defendant doesn’t bother to answer any of the questions, the court assumes that they are admitted as true.

In the way of background, Zimmerman is charging that Trayvon Martin’s support team, including Martin’s parents and their attorney Benjamin Crump, knowingly substituted an imposter witness for the real “phone witness” in order to secure Zimmerman’s arrest for the 2012 shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

Zimmerman and his attorney Larry Klayman were inspired to launch the suit based on the research of filmmaker Joel Gilbert, as seen in his documentary film and book of the same name, “The Trayvon Hoax: Unmasking the Witness Fraud that Divided America.”

First this drug addict murders their child, and now he is suing them? Can three months go by without proving that Zimmerman belongs in prison?

First, Zimmerman was acquitted.

Second, it's the most well know and clearest case of self-defense I've seen. The case would never have gone to trial if the President of the United States hadn't become personally involved. It ruined Zimmerman's life...not that he had much of one to begin with.

IMO, there were two dumbasses running around in the dark that night; one a wannabe cop and the other a wannabe gangsta. The wannabe gangsta just happened to jump the wrong person and got shot for it. It was a righteous shooting.

He should still face charges for ignoring not to follow no matter the rest of what did or did not happen.

Hicks are dumb, in just about any other country in the World Zimmerman would have been charged with murder.

These Hicks think murder is the only way for a man twice the size of a youth to combat getting beat up.

In reality, warning shots, and pepper spray are just as effective.

No crime was committed even if he did disobey a police dispatcher's recommendation which he did not. He stopped running after Martin when the Dispatcher said "we don't need you to do that" (not verbatim). Besides, he'd lost Martin in the darkness by assuming Martin took the side exit from the complex and not turned down the sidewalk.

Your High School insults aside, anyone who draws a gun should only draw it if they intend to shoot and if they intend to shoot, shoot to kill. "Warning shots", aiming for the leg and other dipshit ideas get the wrong people killed.

While I'm sorry a human being died that night, the fact remains Zimmerman was right to defend himself with lethal force.

Agreed and it was. Just so you know, if it had been me, I'd have emptied the magazine into his gut. It pays to be sure. That's what I've taught to my wife and niece.

  • Never pull a gun unless you plan to use it.
  • If you use a gun, shoot to kill.
  • If you shoot, empty the magazine into their guts.
