The guy is totally unqualified, already withdrew his name once, the ABA strongly recommends against him, he has next to zero experience, and the only thing going for him is that he used to work on McConnell's staff and I believe he is from Kentucky

And for this Mitch is pressuring others to resign?

Legally, not an abuse of power, ethically, sets a really low standard for the future
