There's plenty of evidence voter fraud occurs and occurs frequently. No, it's not so rampant that it would change the outcome of a major election--unless the vote were close. In many state and local races--and these are important too--it is easier for fraud to change the outcome as the total number of votes is much smaller meaning even small amounts of fraud can result in bigger changes.

One might note that the judge involved is a Trump appointee, so I suspect he already figures the Trump administration will dump a pile of evidence that voter fraud occurs on the court.
ABSOLUTELY....
The main problem with vote by mail is that the people who run elections only need to reject the signature of any vote that they dont want to count. Even in the best of times wher election officials are trying to conduct a fair election this is a sloppy subjective process, only 19 states even notify voters that their vote was not counted so ya.....cheating is easy.
That is true with going to the polls. They can and do contest signatures.
Trump's own voter fraud commission, tasked with looking into exactly all these claims, FOUND NOTHING.
