I watched the video you posted.

At exactly 21:41 the man in custody begins attempting to resist the officers' efforts to put him in their vehicle.

HE BEGINS THE FIGHTING, NOT THEM. LOOK AT 21:41.

Then, from 21:41 to 27:41, they struggle with him on the ground as he violently kicks his legs out at them, refusing to comply. They can even be heard saying "WE DON'T WANT TO HURT YOU. JUST CALM DOWN" but he continues to put on his phony bullshit screaming act knowing he's on camera and microphone figuring maybe he can lodge a brutality complaint, file a lawsuit and get a big payout.

It's gotten to be a game with them.

Not sure how to respond to anything else you’ve said if you can’t even see what is so obvious right in front of your face. He was handcuffed. What threat did he pose to three burly cops who all outweighed him?

What is obvious and right in front of your face is that he refused to cooperate, his kicking actions could have resulted in an injury to one of the officers if his foot caught one of them in the face or neck, and the cops aren't under any obligation to hang around negotiating with him all day long and begging him to get in the car.

The baton hits on his legs were well within legally acceptable guidelines established to get resisting suspects to comply with lawful orders and stop resisting.

The cops have other people to protect and serve and do not have to spend all day mollycoddling one asshole who wants to play stupid games with them.

The sad part here is how you and likely others, are trying to use this as a propaganda tool.

What I will say is that last time it was Progressives who cost Hillary the election because they refused to vote for the lesser evil. Yes, Trump had Russia and the Electoral College helping him, but Democrats have still been able to win when there is high turn out.
My prediction is that Progressives will throw another tantrum this time and refuse to vote for Biden.
