There are others besides Castile, but I don't remember the names. There was the older guy in the gas station who was getting his wallet after being told to do so. He was standing outside the car when he was first approached. What we see too often, is a cop shouting orders at these people, often confusing the victims. 'Show me your ID!...let me see your hands!'
That's two totally different commands given at the same time.
I agree that there are many cases where the victims do something that is pretty dumb. It doesn't mean that they should be shot. Are cops really that poorly trained that they shoot before they even know if there is a weapon? Why are they always trained to hit center mass?
If a perp is approaching, why not shoot them in the shoulder or leg? Are they that poor of a shot?

Piss tests too. In many areas, these ex military cops are bulked up from the gym. They suffer roid rage, which explains a lot of these incidents.
The question is, why are they always cleared by white juries? If they even get to court.

Jack: Yep. I remember that incident. The guy goes to fetch his wallet from inside his car and gets shot. I think the Citizen has to remember that Cops get shot, they meet up with the most unsavory types in their line of Business, the Cop has no idea who YOU ARE. So, if the Citizen can remember that the Cop doesn't want to get shot and will shoot YOU before you can shoot HIM, act accordingly. DON'T DO ANY THING STUPID!

If a cop has a gun pointed in my face, then I am likely to obey illegal orders, but that's the point. They shouldn't be pointing guns at anyone for no good reason anyway; and every police officer who behaves that way needs to be identified and fired.

Yes, most older people are by definition the enemies of progressivism. It doesn't help that older people tend to be much more politically active than younger people. They control the political parties and keep reelecting incumbants because well, old dogs and new tricks. Add to that the influence of money and I think the American political system is utterly broken.
