St. Louis couple who pointed guns at protesters indicted

It does not matter what happens in court, the governor has already said that he would pardon them.

Citizens have the right to defend themselves.

Proof Earl supports overthrowing the US court system in favor of Authoritarian rule.

Correct, citizens have right to defend themselves. However, they don't have the right to brandish weapons and point guns randomly on passerbys by on the streets.

Earl, if you have any guts, you'd prove me wrong by taking 2-3 of your guns, sit on your front porch and point them at every black person who walks by on the street. After all, according to you they are all BLM Marxist terrorists so you'd be justified. Let me know how it works out for you.

Of course you would. Talk is all you are capable of doing. Yak, yak, yakkity yak. You're really good at it. It's your best feature.

I haven't seen you and whatever you claim you have that shoots whatever fps. Seems you're all talk and really aren't good at that.

They speak for themselves and, collectively, for their neighborhood. If most say there wasn't a problem and they supported BLM, that will look bad for the McCloskeys. If most say they were in fear of their houses being burned, that will support the McCloskeys.

Unlike the opinions posts by meth addicts, mentally ill elderly retired doctors and other RWNJs, the guilt or innocence of the McCloskeys will be determined in court.

They speak for themselves only. The only way it's collectively is if all speak.

It's OK. The honorable governor said he'd pardon them if the SJWs, thugs, and left wing pieces of shit get the conviction they want. In the end, what's right will end and will cause the low IQ idiots that support BLM to whine some more.

Better check Missouri law.

What that means is the DU's, et. al will continue to whine because they lost.

Why would I care to reveal my position and armament when you couldn't even figure out the clues I gave you? As proved previously I quickly revealed your .223 preference.

Did. Posted it the same week it happened. You might check up on the charges against them and check that against Missouri law.

No one asked you to reveal it. Clearly you aren't man enough to do it.

I wasn't hiding what I had. Whether you know or don't know is irrelevant.

Unfortunately for the McCloskeys, they alienated their neighbors long ago with lawsuits and threats of lawsuits. Oh, and they also destroyed the bee hives that the synagogue that abuts their property put up. BTW, I've met Rabbi Talve. She's the real deal.

"Mark McCloskey reportedly “destroyed beehives placed just outside of the mansion’s northern wall by the neighboring Jewish Central Reform Congregation and left a note saying he did it, and if the mess wasn’t cleaned up quickly he would seek a restraining order and attorneys fees.”

"“The congregation had planned to harvest the honey and pick apples from trees on its property for Rosh Hashanah,” the report said.

"“The children were crying in school… It was part of our curriculum,” Rabbi Susan Talve of the congregation told the local paper."

Did. In the end, it won't matter. If pussies like you convict them, the honorable governor will pardon them. That means you'll lose just like you've done since the day your were born.

Thanks for additional proof you seek to overthrow the government and Constitution. Time will tell who are the losers....but my guess is they'll be the Nazis with holes shot through their swastika tattoos.

Since the ability to pardon is within the authority of the governor according to Missouri's Constitution, it's well within what he can do.

You're a lot of talk about shooting with no action to back it up. Strange is I haven't seen you but have heard you say a lot.

Aw, they will probably get off with a light fine.

You can never just go out your door cocked and loaded and threaten people with firearms- just because someone is walking down your street or even walking across your lawn- in any state in the union!

Basically, you cannot threaten people with a firearm unless someone is threatening you or someone else with a firearm or deadly weapon. That is considered an assault, and in most states a felony!

I know a neighbor, that got a mandatory minimum 3 months in jail for that, lost his license to carry over it, and faces losing his right to even possess firearms- because he has a felony offense now.

Haven't you heard. If convicted, the honorable governor said he'd pardon them.

Someone that has no business on your lawn can't be trusted to do the right thing.

Under Missouri law, nothing says that the person you believe is threatening you has to have a firearm. Nothing in my State's laws says that either.

You know a neighbor that . . .? Post proof so that your story can be verified.
