People don't realize that it's not the government who "gives" us that right. It's their job to merely "defend, affirm and uphold" our already right "given" by God.
Pastor John MacArthur of Grace Community Church in L.A. has been winning his law suit with the state on these grounds. They took immediate legal action
early on and now other churches and synagogues are doing this also. His church is the only one who has remained open and functioning out there in the area.

The Constitution is not a gray area of the law. It is plainly written. The 14th amendment is pretty clear. Laws must apply equally to everyone. Picking and choosing which businesses are 'essential' is unconstitutional. Forcing people to wear masks to conduct business is unconstitutional (1st amendment), and also copied in many State constitutions. Fascism by governors is unconstitutional. No State has the power of dictating which businesses can and cannot run, and no State has the authority to overrule it's legislature or require a mask to conduct business.
You confuse repeating what those that believe like me have already said with speaking for them. I don't speak for them but can safely repeat what they've said.

Picking and choosing which businesses are allowed to operate as 'essential' and 'nonessential' is fascism. Is this what you want?? Fascism is not in conformance with either the federal or any State constitution.
