Which is exactly what I did; voted against two tax increase bills for schools. The problem is growth as more people spread into my county.

Nobody voted for it. We vote for candidates, not policies (except state referenda).

Politics is not just about you. If the military prevents a foreign invasion or police prevent a home invasion that benefits you.

I don't have any property myself but my mom does. Don't need her paying more when it's already a big chunk. We have a bit under 3 acres and maybe 3,000 + sq ft including the unfinished parts. Before Dad passed away in 05 he was building up the Michigan house to accommodate the whole family. His dream was having all my brothers and sister under one roof for Christmas. It's still an unfinished shell even now.

Flash's natural inclination is to erase immigrants because Flash is xenophobic and racist to his core.

California lost people...if you don't count all the people who immigrated there, and if you ignore the fact that the population has grown by 6% since 2010.

Oh I used to. I believed just as you all did, that 1 person could make a difference, that they could impact their own futures. But no longer. Nothing we do matters. All things great and small are beyond our control, and most people will reject this in favor of wild fantasy.
