The subject of "Democracy" and the word itself is never uttered by the right wing

You will be hard-pressed to find a thread or post by a Trump cult member or any right winger for that matter where the subject and concept of Democracy is even an issue or a matter worth discussing or mentioning let alone defending and protecting. They hate and fear living in a Democratic system which is why they support and long for authoritarianism and living within a system where they wait to get trickled down upon by an Oligarchy. Democracy scares and confuses them which his why they hold no actual patriotism to the USA and can only wave cheap flags and wear ugly cheap red hats to prove how "American" they are.
 
They tell us that the uneducated white males for the most part are Trump's ardent supporters. The word uneducated is a very polite way of saying of saying ignorant, which means that they can be easily swayed into supporting an ideology that is detrimental to themselves.

they just (falsely) reiterate that it is a negation of democracy.

SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE! The United States government is not a democracy. It is a representative democracy.

A representative democracy is a system of government where citizens elect representatives to vote on laws on their behalf. A direct democracy is one where citizens vote on every issue themselves. The key difference between the two systems is who is voting on laws, elected officials or the citizens.

I would like to have been a fly on the wall at the meeting of leading rightwing talk radio hosts where they collectively decided to order their fan boys to start bellowing that "America is a republic, not a democracy!"

Republic is just a nebulous word for any government which does not have a monarch and purports to be representative of the nation.

Nations as diverse as People's Republic of China, Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, French Republic, USA, German Democratic Republic all purport to be republics

Actually, the Republican troglodytes love freedom, but the freedom that they love is freedom from social responsibility.
Democracy requires social responsibility, so they really have no idea of what they want.
Cogent thought is beyond their capability.
They're a cancer on our citizenry, and no solution that doesn't address that will ever repair America.

I'm referring to the concept of living and functioning within a Democratic system as opposed to an authoritarian or dictatorial regime and not the nonsensical label debate. The U.S. is a Democratic Constitutional Republic and the right wing has zero care, interest or regard for the rights that go along with living with Democratic provisions.
