They work as a collective monopoly to form their common goal of government, stripping away the ability of We the People to form our government the way we want to. They effectively are the government when they override we the people to create their own government. As long as they can collectively install the government of their choice, they ARE the government.

Keep in mind that legal vs illegal is not the same as right vs wrong. Lefties cannot differentiate these two concepts, so they are basically the same thing for lefties. Right vs wrong is a righty concept that is based upon judeo Christian values, which is why lefties do not conceive the concept.
