You cannot have "a clean debate" about racism. There is no evidence on the planet that race, ethnicity, or skin color have any consistent correlation with intelligence or tendency toward crime. Statistics shows that blacks have a lower IQ and a propensity to commit crimes at a rate disproportionate to their percentage in society. What else do you need?

Identifying that as a fact isn't racist. It only gives you an excuse to falsely claim racism.

I see that Watson said in 2007, "There is no firm reason to anticipate that the intellectual capacities of peoples geographically separated in their evolution should prove to have evolved identically. Our wanting to reserve equal powers of reason as some universal heritage of humanity will not be enough to make it so." He was referring to Africans, but his comment was not limited to Africans. By his reasoning, Australians might have developed different intelligence than South Americans. Asians might have developed different intelligence than North Americans. Yet the fact remains that your sloppy generalizations have no basis in reality. You can't support your opinions because when we get right down to it, you're not an academic. You're just a racist.

I have supported & followed scientific racism for nearly 20 years now.

Just because some Blacks can be smart doesn't mean most are by a long shot.

Truth id Blacks & Latinos have been found to have less genes for education attainment while Ashkenazi Jews, Finns, and East Asians have more genes for education attainment.
