SCOTUS GIVES GA, MI, WI, AND PA UNTIL THURSDAY DEC 10 AT 3PM TO RESPOND TO SUIT

Get over yourself. :palm:

I don't have to. I am doing quite well here. Biden won as I predicted. All of Trump's idiotic lawsuits have been thrown out as I predicted.
I will predict the following - The state electoral college voters will meet next week and vote. Biden will get 306 votes when they are opened in January.

How are your predictions coming? Did Trump win in a landslide yet?

Well you know the typical Democrat on this board. Just talks shit to make themselves feel like they have at least more intellect than a worm. Not true, but it keeps them from offing themselves.

Whatever you have to tell yourself to hide from your own inadequacies is fine by me. No skin off my nose. It doesn't change facts in the real world. Nor does it reduce my intellect to your level.

Keep telling yourself whatever you need to PRS. Obviously delusion has worked for you for quite a while.

If I had to come up with something I would guess if Texas voted for Trump and other states cheated Trump out of his electoral votes that damages the people of Texas by preventing them from getting their choice as president.

But that is a really lame stretch because TX voters have no right to have their choice win office. The SC gets very few cases under its original jurisdiction and I don't think this will be one of them.

I think they are arguing 14th Amendment. That the standards applied were not the same standards thus violating the rights of voters as some were treated "special" and their vote counted regardless of legality.

Me thinks you're right. Even a worm knows when to crawl back under the dirt and call it a day.

Do you think it has a snowballs chance in hell of prevailing?

Yes I do. And Im a whole lot smarter than you so my opinion matters more. As an example........I know that a man should be attracted to a woman and a woman to a man. You.....dont seem to know this simple universal fact.

I couldn't find any 14th Amendment references in the lawsuit.

Well, no, because if their votes were counted, they are, by definition, legal votes.

The electoral college provision in the Constitution that grants that power to state legislatures is about choosing electors. All those states are choosing electors based on those laws.

The changes to election law like accepting ballots late are not part of the process of choosing electors. When administering the provisions of election law executive branch always has some discretion to accommodate special situations. Surely if a hurricane was headed to the area and there was an evacuation the state could delay the election without violating its own laws. Presidents make such changes regularly with executive orders.

I'm no Legal Beagle, but 33 States have faithless elector laws. The choosing of electors is linked to or swayed by the citizen vote.

Only so long as they can show that Texas voters were harmed. Are you saying Texas voters are harmed by how voters voted in Georgia?
I suggest you read the responses by the 4 states. The court will be using their reasoning for denying Texas' lawsuit.

Yes, they are harmed.

I have not read them. Can you provide a link to them?

It takes honest, legal elections in all 50 states (or Bamaboy's 57) to determine a legitimate winner. When 4 go rogue and get "creative" on the fly,
that affects the entire legitimacy of the true total where 46 other states played by the rules. A proper federal election needs all 50 states to
participate legitimately.

"A little leaven leavens the whole loaf."

At least you corrected it to 57. Kind of funny to make fun of someone's gaffe w/ your own gaffe.

We're in a pandemic year. No one went "rogue." People made accommodations for high-risk citizens and others to be able to vote. These were all reviewed ahead of time and legally allowed.
