Pfizer is a US company and England and the US are approving it on just about the same quick timeframe.

as soon as they provide a vax to middle aged healthy men who aren't front line workers. I'm thinking that will be early summer 2021.

Man, you're dumb. In July trump already committed to buying an initial supply of 100 million doses. He was given first dibs on getting up to five times as many additional doses, but refused. Do your homework.
