Texas sues Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania over election fraud

Yes, it is. :0)

I wonder if any Libs can predict what the dissenting opinion will be if they lose 8-1.

When the case has no merit they don't bother with opinions, they just unanimously say fuck you we aren't even going to deliberate your fucking stupid case.

In a brief, one page order, all nine justices on America’s highest court dismissed the longshot effort to throw out the vote counts in four states that the president lost: Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. “The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.”

Actually, Texas has. This is a terrible ruling.

They just did. A 6-3 conservative court just told you, the texas AG, and trump to go suck a dick you have no case.

The US supreme court has unanimously rejected a baseless lawsuit filed by Texas seeking to overturn the presidential election result.

It was not baseless. It wasn't unanimous either.

Yup, it's the constitution that matters here.

“The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.”

The Constitution was ignored. Texas has standing. See Article III.

Well what do you know, they denied hearing the fucking stupid case.

The US supreme court has unanimously rejected a baseless lawsuit filed by Texas seeking to overturn the presidential election result

It wasn't unanimous. The lawsuit wasn't baseless. It wasn't trying to overturn any lawful election or change any State election laws.
