It was a procedural call: Big Bill, (as have the bulk of Court decisions).

It is understandable that Courts are wary of wading into politics, butt: there has been a general denial of litigant's day in court, (discovery et al), so it may come down to January 6, 2021.

The 22 voting machines in Michigan seemed to have problems that hopefully will be released to the public this Monday.

The dim wit Democrat poll workers in six States worked hard to to deny transparency, and a fairly large percentage of voters do think the election was stolen, (even with the media and big tech stepping hard on the story).

Old chinaJoe is gonna have a rough time governing this country, (if he makes it on Jan 20), and if the pressure is kept up on discovery of the voting machines eventually a brave jurist will hopefully allow a top down total examination and if Sydney Powell is correct as I suspect she is, there will be hell to pay.

That must be totally investigated, poll workers deposed et al.

Regardless of whether Biden makes it to Jan 20, the pressure will not go away, IMHO.
