Will Trump be Reelected via Electoral College or via 12th Amendment ?

For a while it was looking like certain contested States were simply going to punt and just abstain from sending electors, thus denying either candidate the 270 electoral votes needed to win and sending the vote to the House whereby Trump would win by a lopsided 31-20 margin.

But lately, it's beginning to look like some of those contested States are going to do the right thing and flip back to Trump thus giving him the 270 electoral votes to win outright.

If I had to bet, ... I'm still not sure which path will take Trump to his second term.

No, it never looked like any states were going to abstain from sending electors

Not sure where the 31-20 number comes from.

House delegations
26 states with a Republican majority
22 states with a Democratic majority
1 state tied (PA)
1 state 7D 6R 1Ind.

We can't assume all party members will vote with their party

Each state gets one vote decided by a vote of House members from that state. Not state legislatures.

Neither because, if my math is correct, 306 > 232.
Ahh, denial ... sure, that's allowed.

So when Trump is reelected by either the electoral college or via the 12th Amendment, it will somehow come as a total surprise to you, yes? You totally don't see it coming, right?

Only insane criminals want an insane criminal to be our president.
You got that right. You've got to HATE the US to want to see Biden become President. This is why Trump won the election in record fashion and why the DNC had to commit the largest fraud scheme in human history to steal it.

I take it you're in the DENIAL crowd as well, yes? I take it you will be melting like the wicked witch of the west when Trump is reelected, yes?

Another one in the DENIAL camp.

That's Trump's winning vote tally under the 12th Amerndment scenario. It probably should be 30-20 since the Vice President would only break a tie.

I'm going with the map.

You are one screwed up, mind fucked sumbitch.

Trump will die of a lethal injection after due process and conviction. You trump cultists are welcome to attend. In fact I encourage you to all watch him die.

I guess IBDeIdiot does not know the electoral college already voted. That conspiracy he is talking about just fizzled out. Now we are on to the dreaded Jan.6th superpowerful vote that has thrown out so many presidential winners in the past.

Well aren't you the type of shitty person that got Trump elected. You and your ilk want only to kill/destroy all those who merely disagree with you on some matter.

I can only hope you find just the right toilet to call "home."

p.s. - are you laced with corn for texture?

I'm going with the map.

The map shows the number of states won in the election. If the House chooses the president it is based on the vote of the House members from each state. It has nothing to do with the winner of the election.

Which state(s) have considered abstaining from sending its electoral votes? They don't send electors. The electors have already voted on Dec 14 and those votes were certified and sent to Congress.
