Will Trump be Reelected via Electoral College or via 12th Amendment ?

Crazy eyes and the loony woman have nothing on Dotard's cult.
Too bad stupidity isn't painful, teabaggers would be a lot of ICU's.

It's probably less than 1% who still think Trump will be potus. It's like the loonies you hear shouting on the street.
They are few but louder than the rest of everyone. If I toss him a coin think he'll shut up?

As we enter DC with Emperor Trump on the 6th! ALL HAIL TRUMP!

For a while it was looking like certain contested States were simply going to punt and just abstain from sending electors, thus denying either candidate the 270 electoral votes needed to win and sending the vote to the House whereby Trump would win by a lopsided 31-20 margin.

But lately, it's beginning to look like some of those contested States are going to do the right thing and flip back to Trump thus giving him the 270 electoral votes to win outright.

If I had to bet, ... I'm still not sure which path will take Trump to his second term.

.

You need to send more money to the Trump Election Fraud fund right now. He needs the money to flip the election so you must hurry. Cancel Christmas and send your Christmas money to Trump.
Sell your car and your home. Trump needs the money more than you. He's so close to overturning the election. He just needs some more of your money to close the deal.

Hurry, man.

How much have you sent so far?

You got that right. You've got to HATE the US to want to see Biden become President. This is why Trump won the election in record fashion and why the DNC had to commit the largest fraud scheme in human history to steal it.

I take it you're in the DENIAL crowd as well, yes? I take it you will be melting like the wicked witch of the west when Trump is reelected, yes?

Ordinary people are at home with election reality by now.
That's right. That's why most of America is demanding the stopping of the steal and for Trump to keep fighting.

We didn't.

Yes you did. For some reason you inadvertently switched topics to the Biden crime family's treasonous selling out of the United States to foreign adversaries for large cash payouts. You derailed the discussion of probability of 12th Amendment proceedings to discuss Joe Biden's appropriate prison sentence, to discuss Hunter Biden's Federal investigation and to discuss Jim Biden's level of culpability.

OK, I'm game. What do you think is an appropriate sentence for using one's position as a sitting Vice President to strongarm a foreign government into paying $millions to a family member? I think we can agree that it should be STIFF.

Personally I don't see why Hunter is being investigated, except to possibly get more information on Joe.

Donald Trump has reportedly turned on his vice president, Mike Pence, and is lashing out at most of his closest allies in the dying days of his presidency.

Sources say the defeated incumbent is dismissive of aides who do not fully back his false claims that mass voter fraud took place in the 2020 election.

His chief of staff, Mark Meadows; White House counsel, Pat Cipollone,; the secretary of state, Mike Pompeo; and the Senate majority leader, Mitch McConnell, are all said to be in the line of fire.

Complaining about a lack of support from Mr Pence, it is believed the president brought up a recent Lincoln Project advert to back up his gripe.

The commercial pointed out that it is likely the outgoing vice president who will seal Mr Trump's fate when Congress certifies Joe Biden's victory on 6 January.

A small but determined group of Trump loyalists, most of them in the House of Representatives, are planning to challenge the 6 January confirmation of Mr Biden's win.

Constitutional scholars, however – and many other GOP lawmakers – say the bid to overturn the election result is destined to fail.

But the affair could get messy and may well mean Mr Pence is tasked with declaring, once and for all, that Mr Biden won the election.

Under federal law, the president of the Senate – which is currently Mr Pence – is tasked with presenting the EC votes to Congress and announcing the election winner.

That would set up an awkward situation in which Mr Pence is forced to confirm that he and the president lost to Mr Biden.

Trump would view that as the ultimate betrayal, the source told Axios.

Despite the EC meeting earlier this month to certify Mr Biden's election victory, the defeated incumbent continues to falsely insist that he won the election.

The president and his legal team continue to allege, without evidence, that mass voter fraud took place in key swing states across the country.

They have now filed roughly 50 lawsuits aimed at overturning or frustrating the results. But almost all of them have been dismissed or dropped.

No. Politicians lack the balls to do the right thing. Far easier just to go along...

So you are saying that even though over fifty Courts, Local and State election officials from both parties, Governors from both parties, the GSO, the DHS, the Electoral College, and even Trump’s main fixer twice confirmed that it was a fair and transparent election that “doing the right thing” is ignoring all of that and reinstalling Trump over the votes of Americans?

This. The default position is that the election was free and fair, and Joe Biden won 306 electoral votes. The Justice Department supports that position. The courts support that position. Every single Secretary of State and Governor in the country supports that position. It isn't enough to make baseless claims. You have to prove those claims are true, and that those claims cannot exist without fraud. You have done neither. You have not even come close. You lose. You are a traitor to your country if want a free and fair election overturned. Therefore, if you support Trump in his efforts to overturn the election, you are traitorous scum.
