CNN Even Admits There’s Still No Evidence Capitol Officer Sicknick Was Killed by Blunt Force to the Head on January 6th

After nearly a month since his death there is no evidence Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick died from blunt force to the head on January 6th. Even CNN admits it’s more likely he died from the effects of chemicals sprayed into the crowd that day.
The media ran with the story that Officer Sicknick was beaten over the head with a fire extinguisher by Trump supporters.

It was only later that the facts came out. Propublica reported that Sicknick told his brother he was merely pepper-sprayed. And according to Officer Sicknick’s family, he suffered from a blood clot and stroke and was on a ventilator, according to Western Journal.

Officer Brian Sicknick died on January 7th, the day after the Capitol protests and immediately the media reported he died from injuries caused by blunt force to the head on January 6th. But it is unlikely this occurred since after a month of investigations, there is no evidence this happened. We first reported on January 10th that Sicknick reportedly died from something other than getting hit on the head by a fire extinguisher:

You are disgusting.

What did he die of, taintstain?

It appears he could have died of a stroke, but I'm not sure what point the OP is trying to make. The officer died in the line of duty as he defended the US Capitol against a seething mob of rabid Trumpists. There is no "fake news". This is just the reich disrespecting the dead soul of a police officer -- cuz law and order, amirite?

The message is it’s not clear how he died.

How many LEO’s were killed by raging lefties over the summer. Can you find us a number?

Post 13. Whataboutism. Typical of this poster who can't focus on anything that's not shiny and moving.

Blue Lives Matter!
(but only when not murdered by one of our guys)

All speculation the autopsy findings have not been released yet thus your OP is bullshit.

No matter what the causative agent was, we know for sure that he was killed at the hands of the terrorists.

It is a simple cause and effect. If there had been no attack I am 99.99999999999999999% sure the officer would not have died. So one can say that the riot/attack was the main factor in his death.

I wonder what Gateway Pundit has to say about this guy who also died.

That's what's so vile to me about this OP. There is video of Sicknick being struck in the head with a fire extinguisher that some mouth breather threw. Maybe that's not what killed him, but my best guess is that getting hit in the head with a fire extinguisher does not feel good and is not good for the head. Furthermore, if Sicknick died from a stroke precipitated by exposure to chemical agents, then that exposure was only made possible because the Trump mob stormed the Capitol.

The OP is simply being crass and vulgar. He's shitting on the officer's memory because . . . I honestly don't know why. He just thinks he's doing his lord god messiah's (Trump) bidding.

Yes, unlike Trumpers falling over themselves to excuse the man I haven't said anything in defense of the occasional violence that has marred the largely peaceful BLM protests.

14 Days Of Protests, 19 Dead

Though curfews are lifting and protests remain predominantly peaceful, the death toll from two weeks of demonstrations over the death of George Floyd continues to creep upward, with at least 19 people—a majority of whom are black—now dead.

If it was a stroke, and that hasn’t been confirmed, it sure is a major coincidence it happened the same day he was assaulted.

Sicknick was not taken to the hospital directly from the Capitol. To the contrary, not only had the officer made it back to police headquarters; he had texted his brother hours after the siege, stating that although he had been “pepper sprayed twice,” he was “in good shape.” Moreover, Carlson pointed to a CNN report on February 2, to the effect that, according to unidentified law-enforcement officials, medical examiners had found no evidence of blunt-force trauma on Sicknick’s body and concluded the fire extinguisher account was not true.
