Let me get this straight....you just wrote in response that the 1st Amendment to the Constitution of the United States bans you from free speech and prevents you from responding to critics from every other venue save for silliness like Parler?

If you get booted off a site, it's because you violated that site's particular rules. That they are an independent and private set, they have an additional set of rules besides the ones they follow for the FCC.

Like I said before, there are consequences to types of speech.....this is why we have LAWS against the results of types of speech, like "lible" and "slander" and "incite to riot" and "disturbing the peace". And of course, you (should) know of the old axiom "you can't yell fire in a crowded theatre" if there is none. That Parler was a venue for the Jan. 6th insurrectionist jolly well gave the FCC and the FEDS cause to shut it down. But now that it's back up, I say let the little dummies carry on as before, because it makes law enforcement more efficient in catching criminals.

There was no overt public coordination, but as both SmarterThanYou and, more recently, Stone, have danced around, they could have used PMs to coordinate. They like to throw hints around.

Are those two jackasses still around? I thought they got banned? Anyway, STY had been blowing smoke and selling wolf tickets for YEARS, but I told him straight that his dopey ass was nowhere near Capitol that day...so his would have/could have/might be dancing doesn't fit the bill.

Stone was a complete asshole.....he used this site for his personal advertisement...which is a major violation of the rules regardless of content/intent. His fate was sealed regardless of his "wanna-be" rhetoric. Again, nothing like what went down prior to Jan. 6th on Parler.

STY was nowhere near DC that day....he was at home talking the SOS he has been for years. If he's laying low, it's due to his over-hyped sense of self importance. No matter ... one less asshole the better.

Stone is just a chicken hawk BS troll of little consequence. In any event, the NSA & Homeland Security are pretty efficient on this sort of thing when overt violence is concerned....so this site is pretty secured.

A person doesn't have to leave their Doomsday Prepper Bunker to be part of a conspiracy. Anyone who knowingly planned, plotted, supported and/or participated in any way, shape or form, the deadly Capitol insurrection is subject to prosecution.

Sure, it might be relatively minor, but look at all the middle-aged paintball aficionados who will soon be fired from their jobs for participating an attempted overthrow of the US government. I'm guessing at least hundreds, but I expect it will number thousands judging by what little we've seen so far.

A big problem for law enforcement is identifying the people to charge. Tracking down people like Stone and STY, verifying their participation and, if appropriate, filing charges will all take time. This will be a busy year several law enforcement agencies and the courts.

In some ways it's like the Jinga game; pulling out pieces until the entire thing comes down. I don't know who Stone or STY are, but someone does. Is there any doubt they've been spreading the same bullshit we see on JPP to their friends? Neighbors? Customers? FB? Other forums?

Catch a few, get them to give up names in exchange for leniency and then follow the evidence. Eventually all will be brought to justice.

Well Dutch, if STY was one of those fools who were on-line participants for the Capitol insurrection in any shape, form or fashion, he's toast. Couldn't happen to a nicer fella.

As for time and difficulty tracking down and arresting folk....just remember the speed and alacrity when this country's federal law enforcement went after ANYONE WHO WAS EVEN ASSOCIATED IN ANY FORM WITH THE MUSLIM EXTREMIST THAT GAVE US 9/11. 'Nuff said.
