Garland virtue signaled by saying he would go after the 1/6 ‘domestic terrorists’ but he doesn’t think a state federal building being attacked after hours is domestic terrorism. Maybe he thinks domestic terrorists only work 9-5.

Problem is, as more information comes out they may be lucky to get a handful of 1/6 ‘domestic terrorists’ on any serious charges. The only organized segment was the minority of Oath Keepers and on their social media they planned *to not* bring weapons on 1/6 ‘because of DC’s strict gun laws’ lol.

The insurrection narrative is turning into a joke. It’s to the point that it’s hard to determine what their objective was.

Garland's a hack. One question to him was "is crossing the border illegally a crime?" -
he said he never thought of it- which is like "i cant recall" -except as a judge he would have surely thought of it

Biden and the democrats are getting ready to screw the pooch on the border. I expect by mid summer it will be a full blown crisis that even the media will have a difficult time ignoring. It astounds me that they can’t see it coming.

If you’re determined to go there with the insurrection thing, why shouldn’t any attack on a federal building [btw, federal buildings are never without federal employees—even at night] be an insurrection and/or domestic terrorism?

Garland said an attack on an unoccupied building might not meet the statutory definition of domestic terrorism inasmuch as the definition requires an attempt to disrupt democratic processes and such "processes" are not ongoing then, but he made clear an attack at night would still be a serious federal crime. But leave it to Breitbart to get its flock in a witless dither.
