Yes. He did.

No tell tale signs of asphyxiation.

Right, but that's not what anyone is saying killed him.

What we're saying killed him was Chauvin's neck compression for nine minutes.

So you're trying to say Chauvin didn't strangle him to death, and we're saying "yeah, we know...his neck compression caused a cardiopulmonary event."

So parsing out what to call that neck compression doesn't change the fact that the neck compression is what caused his death. You get that, right?

Your argument has "AR doesn't stand for automatic rifle therefore any criticism of it is invalid" vibes, which are vibes that seek to avoid the main point.

This is number 2, six more to go Forrest

You have the medical examiner telling you twice, in the autopsy and in their Press release, that what caused Floyd's death was a cardiopulmonary event triggered by the cops kneeling on his neck for nine minutes.

Of course, if you don't think it's the cause of his death, then why don't you let me kneel on your neck for nine minutes if it's so harmless?

3, just 5 more Forrest. I know you can do it.

I have no idea what you think you're counting, but all you're doing is proving how much of a chickenshit you are by not volunteering to experience the same neck compression Floyd did for nine minutes because you know that if I kneeled on your neck for nine minutes, you'd probably be dead and that would be very embarrassing for you.

Halfway there Forrest

That's not the official autopsy. It's a press release.

Yet it is from the office, and an official report of the ruling.

The reality is, this ME ruled this death a homicide, even if you really really don't like it. You are not normally somebody to ignore facts, but in this case you have made a ruling based on wishes.

What a total bald faced lie. I never stated that anywhere in this thread. You changed what I stated in an earlier post.

What? Can't argue with facts? Maybe it's just you have cognitive difficulties with reading. I don't know, but whatever it is, you had nothing before and now your use of an obvious lie in quoting me makes you completely noncredible. So, feel free to howl at the moon, or rant at a tree because you aren't gaining any traction here.

altering quotes is absolutly allowed on this site.........................shrugging shoulders!

Absolutely, they are all guilty. But so is the department that hired them, and so is the cult of policing in America, and so is America for allowing it.

There are good cops, and there are bad cops, Cops who don't call out and stand against bad cops are not good cops.

Look it up is all I can say. He was using a tactic approved by his department!

"the tactic" is to restrain the person by controlling the head, there is nothing in the manual that says to move your knee around fishing for the artery to blood choke him out for 9 minutes.

Even the most prolific Jiu Jitsu fighter in the heat of a match knows that if someone goes out, you let go immediately.

Actually, they ‘want’ Floyd to be in the acute phase of drug influence because that’s when it’s most lethal. Addicts will inject the opiate and it’s the ‘rush’ that usually gets them. Or maybe some hours later. The next day probably not so much.

Floyd was showing signs of acute influence [respiratory distress] though.

But, that could have been cardiac related so it’s hard to know what exactly was going on with him at the time. The coroner report indicates he was a train wreck, health wise. Years of drug abuse will do that. And, he was CCP virus positive to top everything off. Who knows, that could have caused him to have breathing problems.

It's probably not very productive to play doctor on the internet. There are two detailed autopsies.

Agreed. As a Jiu Jitsu fighter and teacher, I can attest that what you say is true.

It might not be necessary to get lost in the weeds with the toxicology report since there’s video of evidence of Floyd complaining of shortness of breath *prior to restraint* and that’s consistent with an impending cardiac episode and/or fentanyl induced respiratory distress. In Floyd’s case it could have been some combination of both. Or even fricking Covid.

Bottom line, Floyd needed a ride in an ambulance and not a squad car. Wasn’t that one of the reasons Chauvin had him restrained—to keep him still to an ambulance got there?

No. Floyd was restrained until he was dead, not until an ambulance arrived. Are you even talking about the Floyd case or just making it up as you go?
