Virginia cops pepper-sprayed Black and Latino Army officer

That HAS to be bribery and coercion.

There is another class of coloured people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs and the hardships of the Negro race before the public.

Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs - partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays.

Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs."

modern day are race hustlers like Jesse Jackson. There was a poster on DCJ ( username: CHEAP SEATS)
that maintained "black activists" gladly cashed in without any desire to heal .
They cheapen relations and make a payout by their hustling

Anyone have video of the lack of license plate on the vehicle? It's been put out there in this thread but the OP video didn't show the back of the vehicle.

If this man is truly active duty then I'm having a hard time believing he didn't have a license plate.

Very true, they all are seemingly. Sharpton, Jackson, Alicia Garza and Patrisse Cullors to name a few.

From what I just read, he had a temp tag in the back window. It was also said he had tinted windows and everyone knows the back window is the darkest. So it's quite possible the cops didn't see it.
I see driving to a safe spot to pull over and I'm sure he wasn't speeding to find one. But holy shit, you don't have a license plate and the cop asks you to get out of your car and you give him a hard time, expect one in return.

Yeah, I agree, he should have known better.

It was a new rig. He had temporary window tags. They were visible.

Why do you think the fact Lt. Nazario is 100% innocent of all charges is an "unrelated" event?

All smart, intelligent and sane adults know Tiger wasn't charged because there weren't two podunk PD cops with guns drawn recording the crash.

You brought up the Capitol riot and George Floyd. Those were the unrelated events I was referring to.

This driver was uncooperative and he physically resisted arrest. He deliberately caused a confrontation and then escalated it. It looks to me like he intended to provoke a reaction that he could then sue over and hopefully cash in, which is what he is now doing.

He refused MULTIPLE requests from the Police to exit the vehicle. The police issued a LAWFUL order and the driver was bound to obey it.

This jerk was looking for a confrontation and a payday.

Dude, if that was true, why wasn't 2LT Nazario charged?

The fact remains, like the nitwits at the Insurrection and the murder of George Floyd, the video evidence is damning for the accused police officers.

FWIW, I have a dash cam in my car. It can be rotated if necessary. Everyone should consider getting one for both accidents and police encounters.

The higher end ones use bluetooth or wifi but a standard $50 cam is enough.

Dude, if that was true, why wasn't 2LT Nazario charged?

From what I understand, he was originally pulled over for not having a rear license plate. Turns out, he had a temp plate taped inside the rear window, which was illegally tinted. He also kept driving to a well lit area, which was actually perfectly legal as long as it's less than a mile, but may have triggered the cops to a higher state of alertness. All that being said, why did this moron NOT obey the lawful commands of the cops? I sincerely hope this clown is the base soda machine officer and not in a position to lead troops in combat.

What insurrection? And fuck floyd, who was also an idiot and probably an academy or OCS classmate of nazario.

Better yet, there's nothing illegal about you owning your very own police body cam! The alternative is doing EXACTLY what the what the guy in the uniform, with the badge on it, and carrying a cornucopia of fiendishly painful(and potentially deadly)implements of compliance, tells you to do.

Police officer accused of pepper-spraying Black and Latino Army officer in Virginia fired

A Virginia police officer accused of pepper-spraying a Black and Latino military officer and forcing him to the ground in December has been fired, the Town of Windsor said in a statement.

Army Lt. Caron Nazario has filed suit against police officers Joe Gutierrez and Daniel Crocker, and video from the officers' body cameras and Nazario's cellphone has gone viral in recent days.

The Windsor statement said Gutierrez has been fired from his employment following an immediate investigation.

"At the conclusion of this investigation, it was determined that Windsor Police Department policy was not followed," according to the statement. "This resulted in disciplinary action, and department-wide requirements for additional training were implemented beginning in January and continue up to the present."
