Pro-choice doctor shot & killed

It finally seems everyone's gotten the rhetoric comments out of their system and maybe debate can finally begin.

I agree that this was a murder and the shooter can't claim that it was anything but cold blooded.
Why not limit the late term abortions, where there is no other option, to only times when the Mothers life is in danger??
And no partial birth abortions.

Comments??

I thought the law said that after a certain point there it had to be a medical necessity.

This is where it gets convoluted.
If the Doctor is one that has no problem with the procedure, then he'll either give a corresponding diagnosis or he'll know a different Doctor that will supply it (second opinon).

It's all about the green.

I would be more comfortable if the diagnosis was conducted by a Doctor that had no connection to the one preforming the abortion and with some oversight into the cases (reviews).

And since there seem to be so many individuals that support adoption; why not save the child, if possible, and adopt the baby out.

Apples and apples.

You said you would not judge someone that it was up to a court of law to do so. And now you want to overrule a court of law because you disagree with their verdict. ....
How ironic. In the first case the evidence is unclear and a trial has not commenced; in the second, the evidence is very clear and the court has decided incorrectly.

Liberals will never agree to a compromise on this issue.

"Sometimes the justice system fails and Patriots have to deliver justice. This is such a case."

Are you going to claim that your use of the label "Patriot" was not meant to be if not admiration at least a compliment?

Are you going to claim that this is not you claiming the murder of the doctor is justice served?

How is that "advocating murder of physicians who don't agree with his ideology".

If this is the way you see it why have a trial at all?

So its not right to judge someone who hasn't been tried but its ok to judge someone guilty who has been tried and found not guilty?

so you approve of it in this one case, but you would not want to see any other "patriots" mete out the "justice" that you feel the system fails to deliver to abortion doctors?

so you are a hypocrite?

got it.
Actually, what I'm saying is that if a guy's willing to lay his life on the line for something as precious as innocent human life, then he is a Patriot.

The portion of my statement that you bolded had to do with the incorrectness of the decision. Are you saying that killing innocent lives shouldn't be a crime?

A patriot to what? He is certainly not a patriot to a system of government that is based on laws.

The man is not a patriot. He is a vigilante murderer who is refuses to accept the laws the nation he professes to love have put into place. He went into a house of worship and slaughtered an unarmed man.

There are words that describe that man but "patriot" is damn sure not one of them. I can think of others like "coward" that would fit. "Murderer" has already been applied very well.

You'd have to say the same thing of the Founding Fathers. *shrug*
