Juries usually get it right as do Judges. Not everyone agrees but then not everyone agrees with the basis of our legal system: Blackstone's Ratio.

The judge was wise to forbid testimony regarding other cases of brutality committed by Chauvin. The jury righteously convicted him based solely on his actions during the Floyd incident. The citizens should rest easier knowing that the sociopath is off the streets and in prison where he belongs. Think he'll be so tough in there, without his badge, his gun, and his fellow officers? Bet he won't.

A lie since I support the police. I also support laws requiring 24/7 bodycams and the funding to support it.

What "facts", dude? The fact that Chauvin sat on a man's neck and back for almost 10 minutes until he died? What other facts do you think are relevant?

FWIW, I have sympathy for the two rookies who were not only fired but subject to Federal criminal charges because they didn't shoot Chauvin.

Agreed. The evidence was on video. It was open and shut case, but still required due process for the accused.
 
Trump only cares about himself. I just can't believe he suckered 73 million voters to vote for him. Seriously these people who voted for him know nothing about him. And they refuse to know the facts. A 3 time Adulterer, a daughter out of wedlock, 3 baby momma's and cheated on the 3rd wife with a mistress for 10 months and with a porn star named Stormy. He's white trash....only a fool would vote a man like that to run a Nation.

It was shown by the defense that Floyd was still breathing while Chauvin had him pinned.

His other, opposite side carotid artery was totally unobstructed.

Your logic is specious.

Saying that Chauvin caused Floyd's death because he had Floyd subdued when he died is like saying that a chair caused someone's death because they were sitting in it when they died.

Because two things happened at the same time does not mean that one caused the other.

Asshole: You're the one playing Doctor, Lawyer, Judge, Jury and Police Officer.

I simply watched the trial including all the testimony from Chauvin's superiors and the video. The conviction fits the evidence. Why you disagree is just proof you have a bias to avoid the facts.

One of my sisters-in-law voted for #TRE45ON solely on the basis of she believed that he would cancel Roe v Wade. She used this graphic to justify her vote, as did millions of other evangelicals. They'll crawl in bed with Satan hisself if it'll get them what they want.

One of the worst things about coming to JPP, is that I always manage to get the likes of you stuck to the bottom of my shoe.

And even after I mange to get you scraped off, the stink lingers.

Sad that you're so myopic that it never occurred to you that even his superiors could be part of the railroad job.

Orders from on high.

Chauvin was a sacrifice. They all know damned good and well that it could have been any other cop on the force who happened to take that call. They're all just looking out for themselves and covering their own asses.

This is all about keeping the black community mollified.

Anyone who cannot see that is blind.

Anyone who refuses to see it is dishonest.
