Taliban in helicopters? A British correspondent was deeply shocked that records were lying around in the British Embassy - which gave me to wonder how likely it is that that the members of a movement who mostly can't read and write their own Afghan languages, let alone the Arabic of the Koran, could manage our script or the English language. I tend similarly to doubt their technical capacities, beyond aiming the rifle and pulling the trigger. They tend, I think, rather to the level of ex-President Trump - you know, sort of Duh!
