Why does Trump only live in Liberal places?

Anyone who has watched Trump his whole life knows he isn't political. In the early 2000's, he was proposing one of most liberal wealth-redistribution plans in history.

It's all about winning w/ him. He felt like he'd have a better chance in 2016 if he went w/ conservative themes. He doesn't believe them.

Yep exactly. Those people are fools for thinking he's for them.

Got a question for you. Did he try to accomplish what he campaigned on?

Plus if you have money, it's a lot easier to insulate yourself from the poorly-educated, unwashed masses in a large city than it is in a "redder" place. #TRE45ON may pretend to love his cult, but not to the point where he wants to see them every day.

So you are saying the elites of FoxNews and the rightwing media are being disingenuous when they glorify the rural flyover country and portray the urban environment as a liberal dystopian hellscape.

It seems that Trump, who I assume could live anywhere he chooses, only lives in the most liberal spots.

NYC, BEDMINSTSR, NJ, and Palm Beach.

Trump would be so welcome in Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, or rural Georgia.... Why does he chose super liberal cities to live in?

Palm Beach (his official residence) is the most liberal zip code, not only in Florida, but the entire South.

DESPERATE TO CHANGE THE TOPIC FROM THE CASCADE OF PRES.MORON the BALL-LESS' FUCKUPS,WITH MEANINGLESS DRIVEL, WE SEE...

He did. He really campaigned on the wall/border, taxes, et al., and that is what he pursued.

Which is why he is so popular with his base. He pursued what he campaigned on much more doggedly than previous “conservative” presidents since Reagan.

I can’t stand him. I hope he doesn’t run again. He is a vulgar, foul mouth semi-literate egomaniac. But I understand his popularity.

I'll never get it, at all. I don't care if a President pursues every single thing I believe in w/ 100% commitment (and no one has come close). The other stuff matters to me way too much.

Our country has been affected in ways that go well beyond politics. I see it in daily life. We're coarser, and more confrontational. We're less tolerant. And man, do we lie more. I don't think the concept of truth ever recovers from the Trump years.

I always wondered why Rush Limbaugh spent so many years in New York City when he could have lived in Nebraska or Alabama.

Well, quality of life. Conservatives bash urban living because cities tend to be bluer because cities are more refined and evolved than the cornfields of Nebraska and Iowa, but then they all live and work in cities. Most Fox News crackheads, conservative podcasters, reich wing bloggers, and conspiracy theory nut jobs live right in our cities, benefit from our culture and services, work in our cities, and rail about how our cities need to be removed from the US.

In a single word -- the word that is most synonymous with modern American conservatism -- hypocrisy.

“Glorify.” Many here see Fox as the representative voice in news they haven’t had … ever.

In the days of Kronkite the news was simply reported. Then the likes of Dan Rather [seemingly] made his reach to derail Bush. Then CNN. Fox was seen as the answer to the perceived support of all things liberal and marginalizing of all things conservative that our “news” median had become.

So, once again, perspective.

he's all of that and more.. but he was a damn good POTUS -certainly superior to this dotard

economic growth / no wars/ secure borders to start

America will never recover from the Trump years.

No one who delegitimized elections and wanted to overturn the will of the people can ever be called a "damn good POTUS."

RESULTS IS WHY.

HE IS THE MOST BRILLIANT INTERNATIONALLY EXPERIENCED POTUS WE HAVE EVER HAD. NO OTHER POTUS HAD KNOWN THE WORLD AS WELL AS TRUMP, AS HIS REPEATED FOEGIN POLICY TRIUMPHS PROVED.

AND HIS PROFOUIND UNDERSTABNDING OF HOW TH ECONOMY WORKS GAVE US THE BEST ONE IN OUR LIFETIMES.

MEANWHILE...YOU'RE UPSET OVER "MEAN TWEETS".

GROW THE FUCK UP.
