The sad thing is with this wonderful news of a good treatment certain ones can only focus on death and darkness. Makes no sense.
We know this vax does lose efficacy within about 4 months. So OK, folks can continue to renew their vaxxes if they like. Here's the thing, though.
You would think they would at least be happy that if they got covid around the 3rd month when the vax efficacy rate was down to around 20% to 30%
by that time, that they had the option to quickly get MAbs and have their covid cleared up until they could get their next vax.

1) Have a positive test
2) Have symptoms of Covid
3) Had contact with someone with Covid recently
4) If you're a caregiver (and you ARE!!!!!) to persons considered high risk such as advanced age, immuno-suppressed, etc. (again you ARE in that position) plus you're all under one roof!
5) If your over 60 and have morbidities
A lot of this^^^ is either/or and not EVERYTHING. For example for me I am over 60, had mild symptoms with a positive result.
Truth be told though I would have received the MAbs even without the positive result due to my age and symptoms.

testing, and who are at high risk for progression to severe COVID-19, including hospitalization or death.
Criteria for Identifying High Risk Individuals
The following medical conditions or other factors may place adults and pediatric patients (age 12-17 years
and weighing at least 40 kg) at higher risk for progression to severe COVID-19:
• Older age (for example, age ≥65 years of age)
• Obesity or being overweight (for example, BMI >25 kg/m2
, or if age 12-17, have BMI ≥85th

• Pregnancy
• Chronic kidney disease
• Diabetes

pediatric individuals (12 years of age and older weighing at least 40 kg) for post-exposure prophylaxis of

• not fully vaccinated or who are not expected to mount an adequate immune response to complete
SARS-CoV-2 vaccination (for example, individuals with immunocompromising conditions including those
taking immunosuppressive medications) and
- have been exposed to an individual infected with SARS-CoV-2
consistent with close contact criteria per Center for Disease Control
and Prevention (CDC) or
- who are at high risk of exposure to an individual infected with SARS-CoV2 because of occurrence
of SARS-CoV-2 infection in other individuals in
