are you saying then that this entire shooting episode, and the events leading up to it, were planned and coordinated by a group of people?

I have a few problems about those......because the laws on self defense, if self defense is accepted by judge and/or jury, will dictate that the shooter is not responsible, but those that instigated the attack first.....the aggressors

The prosecution needs to prove that in at least one instance for each charge, but the defense has to show reasonable doubt in every shot fired.

i'm sure there will be more evidence at trial.......but kyle is already sunk if he signed a confession and is still going to trial........but i digress

unless there is more video out there that we haven't already seen in the media, i'm not worried about surprises, nor the wishful pleas of lefties

It depends on Wisconsin law and legal precedent. Again, I doubt a prosecutor will tarnish his/her reputation by taking a sure loser as a case. If he didn't have the goods, he'd have taken a plea deal.

No doubt Kyle, being young and stupid, is the perfect "suicide bomber" for the militias by taking this to trial and risking a much larger sentence.

How many of these "aggressors" have been tried already? Arrested?

You do understand that jury is full of peers like you and me? Not surprised that you cannot understand that concept.

Watch this one and let me know what you see. What provoked them to neutralize the threat? Others had guns too. Nobody went after them.

I do remember so many people saying that very thing about the Casey Anthony trial...............

Perhaps we would do well to lethally inject the judge, then proceed with the trial.

Although I doubt if it matters. Rittenhouse will probably get his no matter what.

since I understand bullies much better than you, and watching that video of the first jerkoff bully daring them to shoot him, my guess is that he felt he could threaten and overpower the youngest one he saw.........then paid the price for it.

I'm not sure if Rittenhouse's allies intended for the events to play out exactly as they did, but he didn't just wake up that day and decide to go to Kenosha from Illinois.

How did he know where to go once he got to Kenosha? That takes some organizing effort.

It's not like his mommy dropped him off on some random corner in that town; she took him somewhere specific to meet up with the other "very fine people".

That's conspiracy, isn't it?
