Many of their crimes were at the state level. I'm not sure why you're so sure trump will walk, as you seem to grasp the concept.

Oh, it's you. New York can take daffy down and Biden will have no input. He is federal and they are state. The Dems recognize that separation. Trump recognizes none.

I did not say he would walk. I said New York can get him because self pardoning does not work on state crimes. He can escape the feds. I bet rightys would prove if he pardoned himself and his family.

Contact information for both trump and Clinton are in Epstein's address book; it implicates both in knowing him. You need actual witness statements, which exist against trump, to implicate them of a crime.

We've already seen how POTUS can control who runs SDNY, if they're so inclined. If not for a very public pushback against getting fired, Berman would have been replace by another Russian operative.
