Black, the guy charged with buying the gun for Rittenhouse, plead not guilty. Now, he says he is cooperating with the prosecution.

That's a pretty straight-forward violation. Kyle admitted in an interview that he used his Trump stimulus money to buy the rifle.

no, wrong. videos are the best evidence. what he says he meant to do means nothing. we saw what he did. that is enough.
Videos are obviously very good evidence, but it is only evidence to support the charge. It is insufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt by itself.
What he meant to do is very important and is the reason he is being charged with reckless homicide rather than intentional homicide--whether he intended to murder him.
There is still no video of the moment Rittenhouse pulled the trigger.

i do not believe he should be charged with intent to murder, just reckless endangerment and negligent homicide. he overreacted to a loony tune who was coming towards him unarmed, and shot 4 times. then as he ran away with witnesses yelling out stop him he just shot a man, he slipped and fell and a guy on a skateboard tried to wrestle the gun away from him, unarmed, like a hero, and the asshole shot him to death.
