Kyle Rittenhouse deserves an award for his melodramatic performance on the witness st

JUDGE: “Don’t get brazen with me!”

He tells the prosecutor he can’t discuss how Rittenhouse said he wanted to shoot at shoplifters (and presumably can’t talk about how Rittenhouse punched a girl in a fight weeks earlier either)

Kyle Rittenhouse dreamed about shooting people days before Kenosha: video

Not a lawyer but the judge strikes me as being a moron.

He also strikes me as someone damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. I think he'd prefer the Feds took over.

Kyle Rittenhouse's crocodile tears broke the internet Wednesday.

Mommy mommy they won't let me cross state lines with a gun to shoot People, sob sob boo whoo

In a nauseatingly melodramatic performance he choked back snot as he appeared to sob about how he feared for his life the day he shot and killed two people at a Black Lives Matter demonstration in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Defense attorney Mark Richards tried to paint Rittenhouse as a misunderstood honorable, patriotic Boy Scout who simply liked to shoot guns.

Fat baby cracker murders some people, laughs and jokes about it extensively, and then cries on cue. Evil magtard.

She's 100% right, too. Light-skinned people, when they really weep, flush. Notice that his nose isn't even red, and there are no tears. Same with mommy. I wonder how much practice he had ahead of time?

My EQ level isn't always optimal but he struck me as having a real emotional breakdown in initially reliving the trauma of his fears.

I have no doubt he was scared shitless that night and in fear of his life. He's also 100% responsible for putting himself in that position.

I hope that once this is over and he's acquitted, this kid sues all of them. including Joe Biden and every liberal news outlet that slandered him without viewing the facts.

Yes- but that's because you're certifiable yourself.

No need for racism since it was fat white boy shooting older white boys. Idiots meeting up with idiots is why this trial has a lot of the earmarks of the Zimmerman trial.

I believe his breakdown was spontaneous and real. Still, the jury will see a young man who bought a rifle he wasn't legal to own and who deliberately put himself in a position where he ended up killing two people and maiming a third.

I feel that Geraldo Rivera got it right,

Fox News Host Jeanine Pirro Offers Up Wild Defense of Kyle Rittenhouse

According to The Daily Beast, on Fox News Wednesday, Geraldo Rivera and Jeanine Pirro got into an argument over Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse, whose trial for fatally shooting two and wounding a third during police protests last year continued earlier in the day.

According to Geraldo Rivera, of the four other co-hosts on the panel, only Geraldo Rivera pushed back, calling Rittenhouse a “dopey kid with a hero complex” who “shouldn’t have been there.”

Could be a mistrial, with or without prejudice.

I bolded the charges below that Kyle will probably be convicted. The last weapons charge is a misdemeanor worth 9 months in prison, but since it was used in felony, IIRC, there's a 5 year mandatory charge added to it if convicted on any of the other charges.

The jury has to vote on each of the six charges, not a straight up or down vote overall.

Rittenhouse six charges:

  • first-degree reckless homicide against Joseph Rosenbaum, punishable by imprisonment of up to 65 years
  • first-degree recklessly endangering safety against Richard McGinnis (a reporter who interviewed Rittenhouse before the shooting), punishable by imprisonment for up to 17 years
  • first-degree intentional homicide against Anthony Huber, punishable by a mandatory life sentence without the possibility of parole
  • attempted first-degree intentional homicide against Gaige Grosskreutz, punishable by imprisonment of up to 65 years
  • first-degree recklessly endangering safety against an unknown male victim, punishable by imprisonment of up to 17 years
  • possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18 (the only misdemeanor charge, the others are felonies)

Not a lawyer, but I suspect there are Federal charges about transporting weapons across state lines intending to commit a crime. If the Judge declares a mistrial with prejudice then he's punting to the Feds.

lol. you suck at thinking.

Thank you for replying. I don't believe he will be convicted of either recklessly endangering safety charge, and even the possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18 is in a gray area. The AR style rifle Kyle was carrying is functionally no different than a hunting rifle despite its "scary" appearance. Kids as young as 12 can carry those in Wisconsin. There is no evidence that Kyle transported the rifle across state lines.
