Banning abortion isn't exactly forcing you to give birth. You could always intentionally miscarry.

If a the voters of a jurisdiction want it banned in their jurisdiction, I think that's constitutional as the voters are the highest court in the land and abortion is not nor ever was an enumerated right. Neither are women's rights as a whole, mind you.

Legal abortion vastly enables prostitution. Voters have a right to be free of laws facilitating criminal disfunction. Voters have a right to decide what kind of funtional society they want their laws to facilitate

That's great. No church should be forced by govt. to perform what they see as an unholy marriage. Yet many gay people are also Christians. It's good that not all of Jesus's emissaries here on Earth reject those He would have ministered to.
