Lt. Col. Jim Hickman, in a series of ten tweets, described Army official Alex Vindman. He worked with him in 2012 and described him as a Democrat activist though and through.

He responded to a complaint and found officers and subordinates were uncomfortable around him. Vindman, then a Major, was bashing Americans in front of a subordinate. Lt. Col. Hickman reprimanded him.

They usually are, but anyone who doesn't believe all Americans deserve to be treated equally and fairly under the Constitution is most certainly anti-American and anti-Constitution. Agreed such people need to go.

The biggest risk they have is the same one Alex Jones took. The court could rule they lose the lawsuit because they failed to comply with discovery.
We are still waiting to see how much Jones' gamble is going to cost him. That may weigh on the defendants in Vindman's suit.

I'm sure their first response will be to file to have the suit thrown out. Not likely a court will do that so early in the process unless Vindman's lawyer made some huge mistakes in his filings.
