Not a very scientific list. I mean, stuff like "Fucked up the Afghan withdrawal totally." We're out. He ended a near 20 year war w/ minimal casualties. As for the Ukraine, we should be doing as much as we can on that - Americans can disagree about that, but the threat Putin poses to the world goes well beyond the borders of the Ukraine.

Biden inherited a set of circumstances that was almost unprecedented. He hasn't done great, but he's improved things measurably since Trump left office.

That said, regardless of who is President, none of them are king nor do they possess a magic wand to fix the economy. Clinton got far too much credit for economic boom of the 1990s and other presidents either got too much blame or to much credit.

What could Biden have done to fix our economy in the face of two years of a fucked up COVID response and a war which could turn nuclear? The big picture is to look at the global economy for a comparison.

Despite the all-too-common American opinion that the world revolves around us and/or we live in an American vacuum, that’s not the reality.
