Agreed. Despite all the wackadoodles and their derailing, the fact remains she was, indeed a very credible witness. In a court of law, her eyewitness testimony would need corroboration. I think the 1/6 committee already has it. They had one key witness before and, IMO, with Cassidy stepping forward, she will be corroborating that witness, maybe a lawyer or key staffer above Cassidy.

The right has gone too far. It is time for their come uppance. They have left the bounds of decency and are in the process of justifying an autocrat. It falls on the left to bring them back to civility.

Trump is a symbol of how low the right has sunk. That symbol must be 'redefined' as a wake-up call to senses which have taken leave.

Justice must be served.

The hearsay part is unimportant, a distraction. That is not the main reason he needs to be brought to justice. Shocking as it is, that part of the testimony is not needed. It merely adds salaciousness to the case.

The important part is the fact that Trump knew the crowd was armed and he sent them to the capitol anyway. He incited a bloody insurrection. And that will most certainly be corroborated.
