I read an article about it yesterday and it seems the video tells the story. They didn't want no cracker sitting next to them.

I did not say YOU specifically would do it... I pointed to the Duke case as an example of authorities doing just what you decry here, yet I do not recall your being so harsh on the DA in NC for doing what this captain did.
 
it speaks for itself....i'm sure the both of you cried foul when people said that the cop/professor incident was not racist without more evidence....yet here you are hypocritically doing the same thing....

that is what i was pointing out....the fact that so many libs jump to the claim "racist" when the racist are reversed.....yet demand unequivocal proof it is racism when the races are reversed....

Did I demand unequivocal proof or did I simply ask for some evidence?

I apologize for not wanting to make the same mistake so many made during the police/professor dustup.

A shred of evidence other than the race of the assailant and victim is not "unequivocal proof."

And in the Gates matter, I don't believe I commented on whether racism was involved. All I said was that Gates probably perceived that racism was in play. And I noted that cop was an idiot (not a racists) for arresting Gates after he confirmed that Gates lived at the house.

We know nothing about either the assailant or the victim other than the former is black and the latter is white. Jumping to the conclusion that this attack was racially motivated based on that is water-twice-a-day stupid.

Ok bright boy, perhaps if you had actually read the article you would understand more than you do. (or perhaps not)

In the article was a simple line that read "The bus driver can be heard yelling at the students to "sit down."".

I hope I am not going to fast for you. But that single line would point to there being SOUND on the video. These new-fangled contraptions actually record moving pictures and sound.

Are you still with me?

Now perhaps, and I know this is difficult to comprehend, there were some things said that led the policeman to make his judgement call?

Next time, rather than talk about other people being "water-twice-a-day stupid, you might just admit to being an idiot yourself and save us the trouble of proving it??

Two black juvenile suspects are in custody after they allegedly beat a white student on a bus heading to Belleville West, police and school officials said.

The 17-year-old victim was one of just a few white students on the crowded bus about 8 a.m. A surveillance video from a camera mounted inside the bus shows the victim being choked and punched by two other students, ages 14 and 15.

Just wondering why you cherry-picked the only one you could find of a white guy possibly getting beaten? I've never seen anything on racially motivated beating before.

This is Exhibit A of what Damo does SO FREQUENTLY. He throws these meaty bones out to the racists and crazies on the site. As soon as I saw it, I knew it was going to be some black kid who beat up a white kid precisely because Damo's a fucking race-baiter and probably a racist. At the very least, he loves to cater to the Webways and Tinfoils of the board.

Then when you call him on it (or anything else he posts without comment - the fact that he posts it is comment enough) he says, "Allz I did was post the storyz!"
