one reason people are fucking stupid

Who cares about a low cost plan when you DIE waiting for procedures. Honestly apple, get a grip, and a clue, and an enema, and a hot meal, or whatever else you need to get rational.

Apple, AHZ is just a marginally sane paranoid nut.

Says the man with three different screennames, here 24/7, and demonstrating his own marginally sane life in black and white daily.

The real process will be the surgical removal of your nose(s) from AHZ's backside and for you to get a life that resembles some modicum of normalcy.

Shouldn't you be taking up a hobby like Taxidermy, checkers, or gardening in your golden retirement years? People your age are planning the whole day around going to the market and post office and are way more satisfied with life in the US, as you work your fingers to the bone, pecking out yet another self-proclaimed brilliant and clever repartee .

Heck, after Obama and his minions get hold of your health care, it will just be a matter of time before we start talking about your posts in distant memory.

Well put.

(Apple)That is the absurdity of these discussions. With all the bad-mouthing about universal medical there is not one country where the population demanded a return to the old way of doing things.

(AssHat)You keep saying that. Again I rebutt, the totalitarian demociders are in control and will not allow their power over life and death to ebb

You've been watching too many sci-fi movies.

I agree. That's why i'm against the globalization memes which are incenting corporations to destroy the american working class.

I believe his ideas are bad.

Because tyrants love government systems and they won't allow it. There are many complaints and travesties in the systems you laud, you're just blinded to them by your own ideology.

The tyrants in charge will not allow it. Tyranny is on the rise in the world. You should be against that.

You keep saying that. Again I rebutt, the totalitarian demociders are in control and will not allow their power over life and death to ebb.

You're tiring. and stupid. The government takeover of healthcare is extra-constitutional. I like the constitution, it's obamacrats that are tearing it up.

Government healthcare is a bad idea. I've gone over the reasons already.

I believe that because of the freedom oriented nature of the american citizenry, we should not and, in fact, will not allow the government to seize control over our bodies.

I'm a genius of extremely noble nature. The prognosis looks good. Don't worry your little squirrel brain one iota.

A new Investor's Business Daily poll of more than 1,300 physicians finds
that nearly two-thirds (65%) don't back ObamaCare. More that 70% say
the government cannot provide insurance coverage for 47 million additional
and save money without harming quality and 45% of doctors say they
would consider leaving their practice or taking an early retirement if the
health care plan passes.

It sounds like the physicians are saying if Omaba tries to get medical help for the less fortunate the physicians will quit. Is that attitude part of what's considered superior medical care?

Is forcing them to serve as government slaves part of superior medical care?

They have a a very mediocre system and the majority don't know what a good healthcare system looks like or feels like. That people in other countries have become satisfied with mediocre care is not a an argument that can persuade. There are many thousands who have either had to seek care elsewhere or even just accept the facts of a poor system and suffer.

So, again, let's look at lowering costs here and creating some sort of way to help the truly needy.

Also, Canada is on the verge of health care collapse because they cannot afford their system...

Canada's health care is not on the verge of collapse. As far as affording it, it's simply a matter of apportioning funds.

Unless a country is bankrupt it can afford universal medical. If the Federal Government can afford to build one monument, clean up one national park, build one road, send one troop overseas then it can afford universal medical unless picking up candy wrappers in a park is more important than treating an ill citizen. Some of the poorest countries have universal medical.

As for helping the truly needy the truly needy also encompasses individuals who have worked all their life only to end up having to sell everything they own in order to get treatment.

There's mention of people on waiting lists in countries with universal medical but there's also people whose medical insurance is canceled and, thus, their treatment is canceled.

The reason some sort of way has not been implemented to help the truiy needy is because some people do not want to help. It has less to do with objections to government than it does to objections with helping.

If a person requires expensive medical treatment it's simple enough to figure out if they can afford it. It's no different than going for a car loan. Either we automatically pay for the medical expenses of individuals who can't afford to pay, which will never happen, or we implement some plan whereby everyone is covered.

There's talk of making insurance cheaper. What if someone refuses to buy insurance? Do we push them into the hospital parking lot and let them die? If we are obliged to look after them why are they not obliged to contribute to the pot?

There are a lot of ways to help the needy. Every country with universal medical faced the same questions the US Congress and Senate are facing today and they all opted for universal coverage.

Maybe there is a better way and if anyone thinks of one let's implement it. Until then, let's go with what other countries have done. I'm sure all those other countries are looking for more efficient ways, as well. The point is the people are covered while their leaders are looking.

EXCERPT: "Sir Julian Huxley, one of the world's leading evolutionists, head of UNESCO, descendant of Thomas Huxley -- Darwin's bulldog -- said on a talk show, 'I suppose the reason we leaped at The Origin of Species was because the idea of God interfered with our sexual mores.' (Henry M. Morris, The Troubled Waters of Evolution, Creation-Life Publishers, 1974, p. 58)."
-- D. James Kennedy, Why I Believe, originally published 1980 (revised in 1999)

COMMENT: The reference that Kennedy pointed to in Morris' book does not refer to "Julian" at all, but instead refers to his grandfather.......

"That is not a lone opinion. Aldous Huxley, one of the great agnostic evolutionists of the twentieth century, said the same thing. He believed in the meaninglessness of the world, which Darwin taught, because, he said, 'We objected to morality, because it interfered with our sexual freedom." (http://www.edwardtbabinski.us/julian_huxley_lie.html)

In the words of the late, great Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Elliot Trudeau, "The government has no business in the bedrooms of the nation" (1968) and promptly proceeded to date Barbra Streisand.

What was the question????

No question. Im simply showing you that all modern leaders are indoctrinated with eugenics goals. You said it was scifi. I showed you it's real.

Talking about eugenics goals what's your view on bringing a child into the world knowing, through genetic testing, that child will be stricken with a debilitating illness/deformity?

It's irrelevant. you're busted. democide is a sick goal of modern leadership.

Only if you put your faith in unscientific polling.

"Several Fox News media figures highlighted a recent Investor's Business Daily/TIPP poll which found that "[t]wo of every three practicing physicians oppose the medical overhaul plan under consideration in Washington, and hundreds of thousands would think about shutting down their practices or retiring early if it were adopted." However, according to statistician Nate Silver, the poll is "simply not credible," and Fox News itself acknowledged that the poll is "not scientific."

1. The survey was conducted by mail, which is unusual. The only other mail-based poll that I'm aware of is that conducted by the Columbus Dispatch, which was associated with an average error of about 7 percentage points -- the highest of any pollster that we tested.

2. At least one of the questions is blatantly biased: "Do you believe the government can cover 47 million more people and it will cost less money and th quality of care will be better?". Holy run-on-sentence, Batman? A pollster who asks a question like this one is not intending to be objective.

3. As we learned during the Presidntial campaign -- when, among other things, they had John McCain winning the youth vote 74-22 -- the IBD/TIPP polling operation has literally no idea what they're doing. I mean, literally none. For example, I don't trust IBD/TIPP to have competently selected anything resembling a random panel, which is harder to do than you'd think.

4. They say, somewhat ambiguously: "Responses are still coming in." This is also highly unorthodox. Professional pollsters generally do not report results before the survey period is compete.

5. There is virtually no disclosure about methodology. For example, IBD doesn't bother to define the term "practicing physician", which could mean almost anything. Nor do they explain how their randomization procedure worked, provide the entire question battery, or anything like that.

Silver added: "There are pollsters out there that have an agenda but are highly competent, and there are pollsters that are nonpartisan but not particularly skilled. Rarely, however, do you find the whole package: that special pollster which is both biased and inept. IBD/TIPP is one of the few exceptions."
