Even a total asshole like pigfucker Trump does not have to incriminate him/herself.

if the Justice Department cannot find sufficient evidence without Trump's self-incriminating help, then they failed miserable at their job.

I hope that this will not be the case and don't think that it will be. If they don't get him, it will be because they tanked for him.

Because it is a civil suit, the NY AG can't prosecute Trump for any statements he makes unless he lies under oath. So the only reason for Trump to not answer the questions is out of fear he will reveal he committed a local or a federal crime since those are the only two entities that could indict him based on his testimony unless he were to commit perjury.

I think it's notable as well, that twump has always claimed he "can't wait to tell his side of the story".. then he ran away like a little bitch from both the Mueller investigation and the NY lawsuit.

Yeah, but what he's saying is that in a civil case - NYC is suing him - that the prosecution/plaintiff, whatever can use trump's pleading the 5th as evidence he's guilty.
