Cops have no constitutional duty to protect you

Cops don't have to engage with any shooter at all, which is what they decided to do in Texas.

If they are that afraid of an AR-15, then shouldn't we ban AR-15's?

If the cops won't dare put themselves at risk because they're terrified of a gun, shouldn't that gun be banned?

Unconstitutional.

correct ergo the Constitution has nothing to say about it period.

The City Charter is a constitution. Every State also has a constitution. Those constitutions DO have something to say about it. It gives them the authority to hire law enforcement personnel. Their job is to protect the public.

The Constitution of the United States also has something to say about it. It gives Congress and the President the authority to create law enforcement agencies as well, and to create armies and a navy to protect the United States as whole.

Wow

If the don’t protect

How do they serve?

Just as those crooks on Capital Hill Bicentennial Islamidiotocracy national religion ride where it made no difference whatsoever how many National Archives purchased US Constitution Bill of Rights - old glorys - old testaments - absentee voting ballots which were in all probability stolen & burned as SCOTUS Christian Nation Federal Lynching KKK churchstate of hate enforcement had such a multitude of immaculate drug conceptions to protect & serve an Islam human reproduction fabricated virgin Mary misnomer immaculate son of Allah Jesus the Christ conception in that WW II Nuremberg Trials of Nazi war crimes except for Mengele "Angel of Death" baptize thine eyes by urinations "serve the Pope or die" Christiananality pedophilia tradition that "one nation under God with equal justice under law" is little more than suicidal super ego scociopsychopathilogical homicidal human farming propaganda to the not so master race Peter Principle pyramid scheme of survival of the fittest fascists.

yes but SCOTUS only deals with the national one.

The kids I see in police uniforms today wouldn't last a week on the streets when I was a kid.
Many of them would be hard-pressed to handle my seventy-six-year-old ass.

I don't understand why.

It's a good civil service job with good benefits that should attract good candidates.
Why they have to accept so many cowardly wimps is hard to understand.
And the few physically capable people that they do get are often brainless Neanderthals better suited to being prison guards than cops.

that single cop would have you on your fat ass so fast that you wouldn't realize it until you were in the back seat of his cruiser. what you call 'kids' are mostly military veterans that would just as soon shoot you than look at you, and that's the danger we keep trying to show you idiots.

Since STY is obviously on ignore, I can only guess what incredibly stupid response that he made to my post.
I'd rather not know than have to read that idiot's drivel.

My posts are monologue. They're not invitations to respond. Thus, I generally have no curiosity about any replies to them.

it is a good marker for idiocy to post on a multi user message board and not want replies............it's the mark of someone who is afraid of having the rug of reality pulled out from under them.
