if they're taking money, then they must abide....but if the money has been loaned, then it is meadowmuffins to change the terms of the loan....if the money has been paid back, the gov. should stfu....

i ask again....what SH rights have been advocated in this thread? this is about the US government controlling corporations....so again, what exact SH rights are you talking about?

as to how many shares i own, it is wholly irrelevent to the topic at hand....obama is not allowed to know what shares he owns, certain of his admin officials as well....so their interest, by law, can't not be a SH's interest....your question is nothing more than an insecure GED swipe....you can't debate on the merits, so you lash out those you think have GED's and insult that instead of the actual argument....

Execs at tarp companies should have their salaries capped. Conservative who argue against this are actually fascists.
